Let’s chat about MENTAL HEALTH!
Now, this is never an easy subject to talk about…. But why is it so hard to talk about our mental health? Is it because we have a stigma to believe that IF we have TROUBLE or any ISSUES with our mental health that we are weak as a person. Is it because we are ashamed to admit that we are struggling?
Let’s keep it short and sweet and straight to the point.
1. Your mental health might affect you but does NOT define you as a person.
2. You would be surprised how many people that are close to you are affected, so don’t be ashamed, many people are in the same situation as you but will not talk about it.
3. Most importantly YOU ARE STRONG. Never tell YOURSELF otherwise. Awareness needs to raised; every day of the year!
